A little bit about me ... I created BlueBalance Nutrition to help people who want to lose weight or simply get into healthier habits, without knowing where to start.
I am already supporting men and women in their weight loss journey and receiving very positive feedback about my approach. What makes my coaching different is that I truly understand what it feels like - because I have been there too.
Years ago, I have lost 30 kgs (around 66lbs) myself, and learned how to nourish both my body and mind, without giving up the food I love. That balance is what helped me keep the weight off ever since.
I know exactly how overwhelming this journey can feel, which is why my goal is to make things as simple, realistic and sustainable as possible for you. Looking forward to hearing from you !
